1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to over 18,000+ pin codes across India via our official logistics partner, Delhivery.

Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping within India.

Pincode Serviceability: You can check the serviceability of your location on the product page before placing an order.
2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, your order should reach you within:

Metros: 2–4 business days.

Rest of India: 4–7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

4. Order Tracking
Once your jewelry is on its way, you will receive a WhatsApp message and an email with your Delhivery Tracking ID. You can track your package in real-time on our website or via the Delhivery tracking portal.
5. Secure Packaging & Insurance

Tamper-Evident Packaging: All our pieces are shipped in specialized tamper-evident bags. If you notice the outer packaging is torn, taped over, or compromised, please do not accept the delivery.

Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured until it reaches your doorstep. Our responsibility ends once the package is successfully delivered and signed for.
6. Delivery Verification
For your security, our delivery partners may require a One-Time Password (OTP) or a signature to complete the delivery of high-value items. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package.
7. Non-Delivery & Re-attempts
Delhivery will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package remains undelivered after these attempts due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, any reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
